Project overview
The existing ridge caps were showing signs of deterioration and required complete replacement. We inspected the roof, removed all existing ridge caps and prepared the roof for a new ridge capping system.
The project focused on restoring the ridge line, improving weather protection and giving the roof a clean, finished appearance.
Our approach
We carefully removed the existing ridge caps and prepared the ridge line before installing the new caps. Each section was checked to ensure the new ridge capping was properly aligned, securely installed and finished to a high standard.
What we did
Removed all existing ridge caps.
Prepared and cleaned the ridge line.
Supplied and installed 140 new ridge caps.
Re-bedded the new ridge caps where required.
Applied flexible pointing to seal and finish the ridge.
Checked the completed ridge line for proper alignment and weather protection.
The result
The new ridge caps gave the roof a clean, finished appearance while improving the roof’s weather protection. The old deteriorated ridge caps were completely replaced, providing a durable new ridge line designed to withstand Perth’s weather conditions.
